Logic Ribbon Consulting sells paid professional services (assessments, implementation support, advisory). This policy applies to fees invoiced under a signed statement of work.
Eligibility
- Deposits: If you cancel before work starts and we have not committed specialist time, the deposit is refundable minus any third-party costs already incurred.
- Fixed-fee assessments: If we have not delivered the written report, you may cancel within five business days of payment for a full refund minus payment processing fees.
- Time-and-materials: Billed hours for work already performed are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Third-party licenses purchased on your behalf, travel already booked, and deliverables accepted in writing are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@logicribbon.digital or call +66-76-000-1607 with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days where the payment provider allows.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Workshop or pairing sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be billed at the agreed hourly rate.
Disputes
We aim to resolve billing disagreements directly. Thai consumer protection laws apply where you qualify as a consumer.
